Feeds to my blog

I'm looking for ways to feed my blog without having to re-type / copy and paste / send a link / send an email... an automated way to connect Kiva announcements of when I do something it would land up on this site as well.

Also, to my Twitter account.  Why waste time updating each one of these social items when it could be done at one time?

After a slow start, I finally got to a place where I can lend items with some regularity.  It is interesting to watch.  Truly amazing.
